Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that clients provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of [insert amount].

Late Policy: If a client is more than 10-15 minutes late for their appointment, we may need to cancel or shorten the appointment in order to accommodate our other clients. If we are unable to complete the full service due to lateness, the client will be charged for the full service.

Refund Policy: We strive to ensure that every client is satisfied with their service, however, in the unlikely event that a client is unsatisfied with their service, we will work with them to find a solution that meets their needs. Refunds are issued at the discretion of management.

Payment Policy: Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards as payment.

No-Show Policy: In the event that a client fails to show up for their appointment without providing any notice, they may be subject to a no-show fee of [insert amount].

Health and Safety Policy: For the safety and health of our clients and staff, we do not perform services on clients who are ill or experiencing symptoms of illness. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who is not in good health.

Age Policy: Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for their appointment.

Our salon only offers professional eyelash extension fills using our own branded products.

Clients must inform the technician if they have had eyelash extensions applied by another salon prior to their appointment.

Our salon does not allow the application of foreign fills. If you have had eyelash extensions applied by another salon, we will have to remove and do a new set using our own branded products.
